Here is your chance to learn and master the art of candy making with chocolate for both your own enjoyment and the pleasure of others. The first session will deal with the basics of mixing chocolate and flavors, and using candy molds, and the second with the art of making clusters, bark, and other specialties. This is a unique chance to learn and master the artistry and subtle tastes of gourmet Thai food.
