0708A – YOU’RE ON THE AIR (How to Really Make it in Voice-Overs!)
(A One-time 2 Hour Program)
Voice-overs are hot today! You don’t have to be an actor to get voice-over work, but it certainly doesn’t hurt! With such notable talent as James Earl Jones, Linda Hunt, and Donald Sutherland lending their voices to commercials, films, and videos, one would think that it would be next to impossible to break into this field. Not so! In this class you’ll learn about an exciting new way to get around the competition and actually turn voice-overs into a thriving full or part-time business! Dan Levine, a well-known commercial producer and Tony Award-nominated Broadway composer will discuss voice-over technique in a recorded portion of the class. James Benedetti, successful voice-over artist, will introduce students to the voice-over business as a whole. He will talk about the numerous opportunities, the income potential, and the all-important demo and how to have it produced. This course provides the necessary skills and knowledge needed for proper procedures coding CPTICD-9-CM coding of medical services. Learn to bill insurance plans (Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, PPO, Point of Service and Indemnity Plans). Gather the proper information to file third party claims. Get paid the first time around; learn techniques for billing all medical specialties, including anesthesiology, radiology and general medicine.
